Hey creator, dreamer, and visual thinker! We're so happy you've chosen Bryze as your home for capturing every spark of inspiration, building curated mood boards, and mapping out your creative journey. This simple agreement lays out how we'll work together to keep Bryze a safe, fun, and inspiring space for everyone who uses it.
Bryze is built for you first: no hidden agendas, no predatory data collection, just a tool to help you turn scattered beautiful moments into a living visual story.
You never need to sign up, log in, or share any personal identifying information to access every single feature of Bryze. All your saved photos, mood boards, tags, notes, mood ratings, and personal insights are stored locally on your device by default.
We will never access, upload, or share any of your personal content unless you explicitly choose to send it to our team for support requests or feedback submissions.
Every single piece of content you save, organize, and create inside Bryze is 100% yours. You hold full, exclusive ownership of all your inspiration collections, custom mood boards, tags, and personal notes.
We will never use your personal content for marketing, product development, or any other commercial or non-commercial purpose without your direct, explicit written permission.
To keep Bryze a positive space for all creators, we ask that you only save and upload content that you have the full right to use. This includes your own original work, or content you have explicit permission to save for personal inspiration use.
Please always respect the creative work of other artists, photographers, and creators when building your inspiration collections.
Our team is constantly working to add new features, refine the fluid interface, and make Bryze run smoother for you. From time to time, you may notice small bugs or temporary feature adjustments as we roll out updates - we promise we're working as fast as we can to fix any issues and perfect your experience.
We will never push unwanted ads, intrusive paid feature pop-ups, or unrelated content to disrupt your creative flow while you use Bryze.
If you have feature requests, bug reports, or fun creative ideas for how to make Bryze better, we'd love to hear from you! You can send all feedback to contact@bryze.app.
Any ideas you share with us may be used to improve Bryze for all users, and we'll always shout out our most helpful contributors in our public release notes if you give us permission to do so.
You can stop using Bryze at any time, for any reason. Just uninstall the app from your device, and all your local content will remain on your device unless you choose to delete it manually.
If we ever decide to discontinue Bryze in the future, we will give all users at least 60 days advance notice, and add a simple one-tap export feature so you can save all your collections to your device before the app stops working.
If we ever update this agreement, we'll post the new version in the app's About page at least 30 days before it takes effect, so you have plenty of time to review the changes. We will only ever make changes that improve your experience with Bryze, never to take away your rights to your content or your privacy.
